Duke came from some unfortunate circumstances. His previous owner sadly passed away. Despite his difficult experience, Duke is a very happy and sweet boy! He is always very wiggly and excited, but also very gentle (especially around kiddos). He previously lived with an infant and has been very good with meeting younger children. Duke would do best with someone who can spend a lot of time with him at home during his transition from the shelter. Duke was bounced around to a few homes before coming to Ark-Valley Humane Society and would benefit from someone who can help him decompress. He will need some time to get used to his new surroundings, but he will be very happy and loving by your side!
