Governor Jared Polis has extended the mask mandate with new modifications.
The governor announced yesterday the extension of the mask mandate requirement for another 30 days.
The new modifications allow indoor spaces where more than 10 people are present to go without masks as long as at least 80 percent of those present have had a vaccination. Counties with less than 35 cases per 100,000 people will not have a mask mandate for indoor public spaces.
In all counties, you need to wear a mask in schools, child care centers, children’s camps, public-facing state government facilities, personal services like hair salons and tattoo parlors, along with congregate care facilities and jails.
The statewide mask order does not require masks outside.
