COVID put plenty of plans up into the air, and among them were any athletes planning on competing in the 2020 Tokyo Olympic Games.
Now, with the games being moved to 2021, we talked with local Paralympic competitor Sophie Herzog who is in the process of qualifying for the games (and doing rather well!) about the road to this years games, and what it has been like training for competition during COVID.
