The popular Ice Castles are making a comeback to Cripple Creek this winter and adding a new location in Eagle, providing two opportunities to experience the magical attraction.
Known for its ice tunnels, caverns, towers, fountains, and slides, Ice Castles offer a unique winter wonderland. At night, the structures come alive with embedded color-changing LED lights, creating a breathtaking spectacle.
Construction for the Cripple Creek and Eagle locations began in late October. Weather permitting, the Ice Castles are expected to open in late December and remain accessible until early March.
