Heart of the Rockies Regional Medical Center’s Men’s Health Class, a five-week exercise and educational series, will begin Tuesday, January 23rd, from 4 to 6 pm.
Classes will take place at HRRMC’s main campus at the WellnessU Gym located in the Outpatient Pavilion. The series is free. Classes are open to all ages and will be taught by HRRMC’s Dr. Lydia Segal.
