The City of Salida is currently in the process of updating its Land Use Code.  The Land Use Code is a regulatory document that establishes the type of land uses allowed within the city, the minimum development quality standards including parking, landscaping, and building design, and addresses the procedures for evaluating and approving development applications.

The city is working with Clarion Associates on this project that kicked off earlier this month with expected adoption of an updated Land Use Code by October of 2021.

As an initial step, the city is seeking feedback on the current Land Use Code and desired improvements.  You are asked to take an online survey located at surveymonkey.com/r/salidaLUC.  This survey will remain open until January 6, 2020.
