The Florence City Council has hired Columbia ltd to conduct the search for a new city manager.
Columbia ltd is already helping Fremont County with their search for a new county manager. Columbia will spend all day tomorrow in Florence to interview city officials and representatives to find out what sort of city manger the city needs.
A full job description is hoped to be posted by December 21st followed by active recruitment throughout January. Final interviews should be conducted in March.
