If you haven’t yet visited the Ice Castles in Cripple Creek, this weekend is your last chance! The attraction will close for the season on March 8th.
Since opening, thousands of visitors have marveled at the towering ice formations, which are created from hand-placed icicles. After the closure, the structures will be left to melt naturally, returning to water.
