The Salida Sunrise Rotary Club’s Lucky Ducky race is Sunday from 11 am to 1 pm at Frantz Lake.
Up to 3,500 rubber ducks will be let loose on the lake that could earn you $1,500 if your duck is the first to cross the finish line. Second place will pay $1,000, $500 for third. Other prizes valued at over $4,000 will be awarded for fourth through 17th place.
Lucky Duck tickets will be available at the race for $10 each.
