Authorities have identified 86-year-old Gary Benson of Westcliffe as the victim of a fatal house fire that occurred earlier this month near Westcliffe.
The Custer County Coroner confirmed that Benson, the homeowner, was found in the debris of the fire. No further details regarding the cause of the fire have been released.
