The Buena Vista girls lost a close one last night against Trinidad in the first round of the Tri Peaks League tournament-final score 46-43.
Play moves to Florence on Friday, Buena Vista will play Lamar at 10 am.
The Salida Spartan boys dropped their first round game against St. Mary’s 90-69. The Spartans will face La Junta Friday at 2:30pm.
