A judge has ruled Robert Dear incompetent to stand trial for the 2015 Planned Parenthood shooting in Colorado Springs.
Last month, the self-admitted gunman was indicted on 68 federal charges related to the shooting attach that left 3 people dead. Eight others were wounded, including four police officers.
At this time, Dear is in federal custody in Denver. He was living in a trailer outside Hartsel at the time of the shooting.
