The Coronavirus Relief Fund program has been expanded to serve Chaffee small businesses.
Chaffee County Commissioners approved $150,000 for small business relief to join with the already allocated non-profit relief dollars administered by the Chaffee County Community Foundation.
These funds are open, and meant to serve, any Chaffee small business who has faced a loss or expense related to Covid-19. Funds will be prioritize businesses who have a brick and motor location subject to 50 percent occupancy restriction.
Applications are available beginning today on a first come, first serve basis. Details and the application can be found at chaffeecommunity.org/crf.
Applications are now being accepted for the Coronavirus Relief Fund offered by the Chaffee County Community Foundation. Eligible Chaffee non-profits, businesses, churches and other entities are encouraged to apply.
The relief fund program has two primary funding goals: A general non-profit fund will focus on helping non-profits recoup lost revenue or direct expenses related to Covid-19 and a Youth Programming and Care fund for others who have provided youth care or programming due to the coronavirus.
The deadline to apply is November 30 or until funds run out.
