Chaffee County Public Health has initiated a county-wide, comprehensive Access to Healthcare survey in partnership with the League of Women Voters. This survey aims to gather data on the strengths, needs, and opportunities for enhancing the local healthcare system.
Local public health agencies are required to conduct a Community Health Assessment every five years, which forms the basis for a detailed Community Health Improvement Plan.
The survey is available on the main page of chaffeecounty.org and will remain open through July.
