Last week’s multi-day snowstorm has made history, bringing Colorado record-breaking snowfall totals for November. Southeastern Colorado was hit the hardest, with San Isabel recording an astonishing 55 inches of snow. Other areas saw significant accumulation as well, including Westcliffe with 31 inches, Colorado Springs with 25 inches, and Monarch Pass with 20 inches.

The storm is expected to make its way into Colorado’s weather records, highlighting an intense start to the winter season. These accumulations have created ideal conditions for early skiing while also posing challenges for road travel and snow management in affected areas.
