Get ready for no more plastic bags in grocery stores and restaurants.
Starting January 1st, 2024, you won’t be able to pay $.10 cents for a plastic bag as Colorado is banning single use plastic bags. Instead, stores will only be able to offer recycled paper bags, for a dime.
Walmart stores voluntarily did away with plastic bags at the beginning of 2023.
