Due to some minor damage sustained to their offices during construction last week, the Clerk’s Office has temporarily relocated some of its departments to different offices within the courthouse complex at 104 Crestone in Salida.

They anticipate being able to return to their normal locations upon completion of repairs in the coming weeks.

  • The Recording Department is now operating out of Room 215. Public search computers are still available. Direct phone line is 719-530-5602 for any questions.
  • The Elections Office is now operating out of the Motor Vehicle Office in Room 100. Direct phone line is 719-530-5604 for any questions.

All Clerk’s Office departments are still providing in-person service. The Clerk has placed signage on site to direct visitors where to find offices and receive assistance, as needed. The Clerk’s main number is 719-539-4004 for any questions.
