The City of Salida is planning several roadway projects this year involving reconstruction, utility improvements, and improvements to sidewalk, curb and gutter, and crosswalks.
Improvements to East Crestone Avenue and 3rd Street intersection are scheduled to occur between mid-March through April. This will include intersection realignment work.
Poncha Boulevard and 3rd Street intersection improvements are scheduled to occur between mid-April and mid-June.
Other street reconstruction work including B Street from 1st Street to Park Avenue and I Street from Sackett Avenue to 1st Street are scheduled to occur later this year.
Each of these projects are expected to have periodic closures and detours throughout the course of construction.
