The Chaffee County Planning Commission will hold a regular meeting tomorrow at 6 pm in the commissioners meeting room.
Commissioners will consider an amendment to the agricultural subdivision exemption text and will review the preliminary plan for the RGP Industrial Park major subdivision that would divide 70 acres into six lots on Chaffee County Road 140.
Chaffee County Planning Commissioners will hold a work session prior to the meeting at 4 pm and will discuss a definition for “outfitting facility” and will review an amendment for reduced setbacks from marijuana facilities.
