The Chaffee County Planning Commission will hold a special meeting tonight to hear the Larks Perch major subdivision preliminary plan.
The meeting starts at 5:30 pm in the commissioners meeting room.
The plan proposes dividing 37 acres into 13 lots at 9479 Hutchinson Lane.
The lots are in a rural zone and will have wells and on-site wastewater treatment systems.
Chaffee County Commissioners will hold a regular meeting tomorrow beginning at 9 am at the courthouse.
Commissioners are meeting on Wednesday instead of their regular Tuesday to free up the courthouse for today’s election.
