The Chaffee County Patriots will welcome Terry Scanga, manager of the Upper Arkansas Water Conservancy District, to discuss critical water issues facing Chaffee County at their monthly meeting tonight.
The meeting will take place at 6:30 PM at the St. Rose of Lima Church in Buena Vista.
