At Tuesday’s regular meeting, Chaffee Commissioners approved the EMS North-End Public Safety Facility project. The new building would be located on Gregg Drive in Buena Vista and house EMS, the county Sheriff and would have a meeting room for commissioner and community meetings.
Cost of the project is estimated to be almost $11 million. Funding for the project will come from the county general fund with help from the federal government and DOLA grants.
