Sharpen your colored pencils, break out the paint or crayons and apply your creativity! Chaffee
County Clerk and Recorder Lori Mitchell wants your ideas on a new “I Voted” and “Future Voter”
stickers.
“Voters love to show off their pride in casting a ballot every election and this just allows Chaffee
County eligible voters to show off their creativity too. We have a separate future voter contest for
the under-18 crowd to design a sticker to get younger people excited about voting when they’re
old enough,” said Mitchell.
The “I Voted” design winner stickers will be given to eligible voters 18 years and older in the
November election. The “Future Voter” stickers will be available to 17 or younger residents.
Designs for both contests are due by July 24th and can be emailed to
elections@chaffeecounty.org or dropped off at the Chaffee County Courthouse Clerk’s Office at
104 Crestone Ave. in Salida.
