Central Colorado Conservancy announced that Nancy Roberts is the recipient of their 2023 Conservation Award.
The award will be presented at the Conservancy’s Stewardship Gala on September 21st at Mt. Princeton Hot Springs Resort. Nancy owns and operates Arrowpoint Cattle Company with her sister Leslie Trexler where they have raised Highland cattle since 1959.
Last year, Arrowpoint Ranch was put into a Conservation Easement and will be conserved in perpetuity. The 598-acre easement protects wildlife habitat, miles of streams and wetlands and scenic views from the Collegiate Peaks Scenic Byway and Browns Canyon National Monument.
The Central Colorado Conservancy invites the community to attend their Stewardship Gala. Tickets are $75 in advance and are available at centralcoloradoconservancy.org.
