We wrapped up the cross country season for the Salida Spartans on Wednesday night, as well as talked some football with the Cotopaxi Pirates on the latest edition of the Sports in the Rockies Coaches Show.
What a fantastic show last night as we talked with Buena Vista Demon cross country AND the Lake County Panther cross country team.
What a great show on Wednesday night. We celebrated the Salida Spartan cross country team heading to state with full boys and girls squads.
We talked about regional cross country as well as the Burros of South Park and their opening football game of the year.

The day started off brilliantly for Chandler Smethers, as the Buena Vista junior was a paltry 1 over after 4 holes at Dos Rios Golf Club in Gunnison on Monday.
