The Town of Buena Vista is accepting letters of interest to fill a vacancy on the Board of Trustees created by Gina Lucrezi’s election to the Chaffee County Board of Commissioners. Lucrezi will be sworn in today.
Requirements for Trustee Applicants:
- Must be a registered voter.
- At least 18 years of age.
- A primary resident of Buena Vista for the last 12 consecutive months.
- Must maintain residency throughout the term.
The appointed trustee will serve until November 3, 2026.
Deadline: Letters of interest and a required questionnaire must be submitted to the Town Clerk by the end of business on Friday.
