Buena Vista Celebrates the Season with Hometown Holiday This Weekend

Buena Vista’s annual Christmas celebration, now known as Hometown Holiday, kicks off this Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. The event, organized by Magpie Productions, marks a new era in local festivities as the group has also taken over Gold Rush Days and the July 4th Parade from the Buena Vista Chamber of Commerce.

The Hometown Holiday lineup includes:

• Friday: A special ski movie screening.
• Saturday:

  • Photos with Santa
  • Chocolate Walk
  • Polar Plunge
  • Parade of Lights on East Main Street.

  • Christmas Tea
