The Bureau of Land Management and the U.S. Forest Service will host public meetings to discuss the draft resource management plan for Browns Canyon National Monument today in Salida and tomorrow in Buena Vista.
The Salida meeting is at the SteamPlant, the BV meeting is at the Buena Vista Community Center. Both meetings begin at 5:30 pm.
The management plan will determine how the national monument will be managed for the next decade.
