The Salida City Council will hold a regular meeting tonight at 6pm. The agenda includes public hearings on five significant ordinances:

  1. Inclusionary Housing: An amendment to the municipal code related to inclusionary housing.
  2. Green Heart Development: Approval of a substantial modification to the Green Heart planned development.
  3. Underage Substance Use: Adding penalties to the municipal code for knowingly allowing underage persons to possess or consume alcohol or marijuana on private property.
  4. Property Acquisition: Authorizing the council to execute a lease purchase agreement in connection with acquiring property for city purposes.
  5. Property Lease: Approving a lease of property at 348 H Street to Hylton Lumber.
