On September 28th, Herbert Lucas “H.L.” Scott was sentenced by District Judge Patrick Murphy to two years in jail on charges of sexual assault, obscenity and third-degree assault.
Herbert Lucas Scott pleaded guilty in July to one felony count of obscenity and one misdemeanor count of third-degree assault in connection to incidents involving minors occurring between 2019 to 2020 at the Pony Patch daycare at his parents Doolittle Ranch.
Scott was also sentenced regarding a prior sexual assault case that occurred before he turned 18. He received a maximum sentencing of 6 months, which will run concurrent to his two-year sentence.

Once released, H.L. Scott is required to serve five years of non-sex offender intensive supervised probation and will be required to complete a psychosexual evaluation and comply with all treatments the evaluation finds necessary.
Scott is now a registered sex offender and cannot have any contact with minors under the age of 18. He was also ordered to pay restitution no later than 60 days following his sentencing, a total of $4,587.50, due by November 27th.
