Chaffee County Commissioners will meet today beginning at 9 am at the courthouse.
Commissioners will hold three public hearings, including a major impact review for Cool Clear Water Townhouses. Matt Lamar and Joe Edward Cooper want to create six 2-unit townhouses and a single family residence on individual lots, with the remaining land as common space, on 26 acres at County Road 160 and 163.
