Three Chaffee County wrestlers will vie for a State Championship tomorrow.
Buena Vista Demons Caleb Camp and Seth Moss, along with Salida Spartan Drew Johnson won their championship semi-final matches on Friday and will wrestle for the State Championship tomorrow night.
Demons Jackson Helmke and David Arellano lost their championship semi-final and will go for a 3rd place medal tomorrow in the Consolation semi-final.
Taking the longer road to 3rd place is Chris Hutchings and Chris Deluca of Buena Vista and Jack Doughty of Custer County. They will wrestle in the Consolation 3rd round.
Buena Vista wrestlers Abram Durbin and Colton Montoya were eliminated on Friday.
Championship Saturday at Ball Arena in Denver begins at 10am with the Consolation 3rd round, followed by the Consolation Semi-finals and finals, then Championship matches tomorrow night.
