Chaffee County Public Health Director Andrea Carlstrom has informed Heart of the Rockies Radio News that Chaffee County will move to the “Blue Level” on the Covid-19 dial effective Wednesday, March 9th, at 6 am.
Within the Blue Level, Chaffee County restaurants can operate at 50% capacity up to 225 persons (excluding staff), whichever is less, and Last Call for on-site consumption of alcohol is extended to 2:00 a.m. Indoor seated events can expand capacity to 50% capacity up to 225 persons (excluding staff), whichever is less. Outdoor events may operate at 50% of capacity, not to exceed 250 people per designated area.
