20-year-old Herbert Lucas Scott appeared in front of Judge Patrick Murphy in District Court yesterday.
Scott is charged with 13 counts of obscenity and sexual abuse stemming from alleged incidents at The Pony Patch at Dootlittle Ranch off Highway 291 in Salida.
Scott’s attorney, Ernest Marquez, requested 90 days before a preliminary hearing to give him and a new attorney time to look over discovery dealing mostly with social media.
A preliminary hearing was scheduled for May 20, 2021.
A status hearing was set for February 18 at which time prosecution will review the conditions of bond and Judge Murphy will consider a request by Scott to move out of state.
