It won’t be the same, but the Salida graduating class of 2020 will get their chance to stride across a stage and receive their diploma’s on Saturday morning at Spartan Stadium.
The ceremony was pushed back in hopes of large groups relaxing, and Salida High School Principal Tami Thompson says that has been the case. Each graduate of this years class will be allowed two people to enter the stadium to watch the ceremony in person.
With numbers limited in attendance to the event, Salida will be offering a live stream on their schools youtube page, and a link to that will be posted on their website before the actual event.
The graduation will begin at 9 AM on Saturday morning.
