Wednesday saw a large gathering of patrol cars surrounding the Sinclair gas station A-1 Auto. What drew in this convergence? How about a free lunch?
The staff at A-1 Auto spent the lunch hour treating state troopers, sheriff’s office, local police, and several other law enforcement groups to burgers and hot dogs as a way to say thank you for their services.
Officers also enjoyed it as a chance to sit down and talk on a casual level with members of the public.
