34% of Ballots In for June 30th Primary

A total of 4,680 ballots, or 34 percent, for the June 30th Primary have been returned to the Chaffee County Clerk’s Office.

Voters who still need a ballot or a replacement ballot will need to visit the Vote Center in person.  Under state law, the clerk cannot put a ballot in the mail.  Likewise, it is recommended that you not mail in your ballot at this point.  Drop off your ballot at one of the 24/7 drop boxes in Salida and Buena Vista.  

Ballots must be received by 7 pm on Election Day, June 30th, postmarks do not count.
