A Winter Weather Advisory is in effect until noon today.
Snow accumulations of just over a foot is possible above 9,000 feet, 1 to 3 inches for the valley.
Another round of accumulating snow is anticipated for tomorrow afternoon into Wednesday, mainly for the higher elevations. Yet another round is possible Friday into the weekend, again mainly for the higher elevations.
Salida and Buena Vista can expect a sunny high of 43 today. Look for an overnight low of 23.
The San Luis Valley will see a high of 41, a low of 21.
Leadville and Fairplay will warm up to 31 with a low of 7.

His radio career has had stops in Nashville, Memphis, Oklahoma, and eventually, Colorado.
