Look for mostly sunny skies and windy conditions today. Winds will be out of the west at 20-25 mph. Below freezing overnight lows can be expected through the weekend.
Salida and Buena Vista can expect a high of 57 today. Look for an overnight low of 27.
The San Luis Valley will see a high of 51, a low of 23.
Leadville and Fairplay will warm up to 37 with a low of 13.
Light snow will develop over the mountains again tomorrow.

His radio career has had stops in Nashville, Memphis, Oklahoma, and eventually, Colorado. Dan enjoys being involved in the community, having been a member of the Upper Arkansas Service Club and is currently on the board of directors for the Salida Community Center and is a member of the Chaffee County Fair Committee. He and his wife Carrie spend their days doing everything the mountains have to offer: hiking, camping, fishing and skiing. They've raised 3 children and have 2 grandchildren.
