[Update] Cara Poland, has been located and is safe.

She is currently with the Saguache County Sheriff’s Office. They would like to thank the Saguache County community for everyone who shared the post looking for her and the people who helped locate her.

Authorities say 13-year-old Cara Poland left her home in Moffat yesterday at 5 pm, and got into a stranger’s vehicle.  Investigators believe Cara met the driver on a social media or dating app. 

Cara is described as being 5’5” and is around 180 pounds.  She has short brown hair and brown eyes.  She was last seen wearing black pants, a black hoodie, and black or tan shoes or boots. 

The driver’s vehicle is described as a light-colored Cadillac SUV with unknown rear license plate and no front plate.
