Tickets for Garth Brooks’ concert event at the Comanche Drive-In Theater went on sale last Friday and were sold out by Saturday night.

Massive, nationwide interest in the event overloaded Ticketmaster’s site Friday, causing many to receive an incorrect notification that the event was sold out, while others were double charged for tickets.

Ticketmaster addressed the technical issues and put the tickets back on sale Saturday morning, and they were officially sold out later that day.

Garth Brooks’ concert event will be shown at 300 drive-in theaters across North America, this Saturday, June 27th, including the Comanche Drive-In Theater in Buena Vista.

The concert will be created exclusively for this event, making this a once in a lifetime experience. The concert will also be the largest ever one-night show to play at outdoor theaters across the United States and Canada.

Garth Brooks is the 7-time CMA Entertainer of the Year, a first for any artist. He is also the first and only artist in history to receive eight Diamond Awards for the now eight albums certified by the RIAA at over 10 million album sales each. He remains the #1-selling solo artist in U.S. history, certified by the RIAA with 156 million album sales.

Eagle Country 104 will be live at the Comanche Drive-In the night of the concert!
