A fourth complaint has been filed against a Westcliffe chiropractor accused of unlawful sexual contact with his patients.
77-year-old Dr. Luis Marquez appeared in Custer County District Court yesterday for a filing of the new charge. He now faces four counts of unlawful sexual contact, each a Class 4 felony. His license was suspended after he was arrested in February.

According to the arrest affidavit, this is an ongoing case with multiple victims coming forward.
