Snow will develop across the higher terrain along the Continental Divide today with snow expected to increase in coverage throughout the day and continue into Sunday, up to 10 inches will be possible.
The lower elevations will see mostly sunny skies and cold temperatures.
The valley can expect a daytime high of 37, a low of 13.
Leadville, Fairplay and the mountains will see a high of 23, a low of 1.
Mountain snow will continue, mainly along the Divide, for much of the coming week. Light to moderate snow accumulations are forecast. Little snow accumulation is expected for the valley, but cold temperatures and windy conditions are expected.
